I have a 2008 with 60k miles and love the performance. There have been a few problems worth mentioning : O-Ring problem in Power Steering (caused intermittent noise in steering and hard steering). $50 repair seemed to fix. Rattle in rear deck. A service bulletin is out on this problem and it has been resolved for over 1 year now. Latest is squeak/creak in driver door when the outside temp is hot (causing door jam area metal to expand). I have not yet taken car in to have repaired but googled and found yet another service bulletin solution. It creaks upon start and stop but quiet while driving. These are relatively minor. My 2001 died at 160k with a failed transmission but this was bad luck and a known problem (metal shavings building up on magnetic parts). I highly recommend this car for the much better torque and 268 HP over the earlier models. Everything else is great.
