I think Bridgestone Potenzas are probably the best tires around right now. But I think Yokohamas are close behind and extremely nice. BTW I buy all my tires online, SO MUCH CHEAPER.

Definitely. I got my S-03's in 215/55/16 on tirerack.com for like $580 shipped. Excellent deal. They retail for a lot more.

i got kumho ecstas for my 17s...they are rated high for the price and quality

I used to have toyo proxes for my 16s, but they wore really fast, but they were nice too

I'd say get Kumhos, unless you plan on gettin the top of the line stuff which most cant afford year after year

I'm surprised no one has said anything about the Dunlop Sp Sport A2's. I looked on tire rack and they are the best according to the survey and they aren't too expensive either. Anyone had these on their ride?

The SP Sport A2 is only "High Performance All Season", meaning it won't have optimal traction in the dry or wet because it is made for the snow. There are two classes above it, Ultra High Performance(summer only or all seasonal models) and Maximum Performance(summer only). The Potenza S-03 is one of only 12 or 15 tires in the Maximum Performance category.

I've tried Michelin MXV4 Plus, Pirelli P6000, Pirelli P7000, and Michelin Pilot XGT H4.

I'm happiest with Michelin Pilot XGT H4.

I have the AVS ES100s and I have nothing but good things tro say about them. The ride comfort is good for a performance tire, and my car does so well in the rain now. I went to tirerack.com and compared them with the Michelkin Pilots, Kumho Ecsta Supra 712s, and Bridgestone Potenza S-03s. I chose the Yokohama AVS ES100s over the others because of the combination of good ride comfort and decent wet traction. I would have chosen the Bridgestone S-03s over the AVS ES100s, but they cost more, and I don't know if the ride comfort is as good. I kinda figured I'm not going to race, or take full advantage of the S-03s in my Accord, so I chose the AVS ES100s for more practical reasons, and to save money. If you want to save more money, you can consider the Kumho Ecsta Supra 712s too, since I've heard nothing but good things about those too.
