Default prob a dum question

Ok here it goes how come whenever i drive in the rain my car gets really fogged up. i mean i turn on the heat and stuff so it will disapate away and it takes forever. Is there anyway that i can better seal up the car so it doesnt get so dam foggy. also why is it when my windows are closed it still sounds like they are still open. its so loud its annoying, is there anyway to make it kinda like an air tight seal.

I assume you have a 5g, but quit breathing so hard so your windows dont fog up
Seriously, use the A/C with the heat and it will quickly dissapate the fog in your car.

A/C will work better by it self. crack the rear windws (if its a 4door) or the pass window only (if its a 2 door) and turn on the A/C full blast wit the defrost mode on and it will be gone in secs.

Problem is you have to keep the A/C goign till the temp sets the same oor it will fog righ tback up when you turn it off.. I like to just turn the fan on and let the cold air from outside do the work and save gas from runnign the A/C.

you may wanna check your door seals about the sound thing. also, if you got it used someone may have pulled off the plastic weather sheeting behind the door panel doing audio installs.

the ac thing definitly works. it's all about getting your window to be the same temp on the inside as it is on the outside. i use the ac and slowly turn it med warm for a couple of minutes and that seems to keep it from refogging.

You might also try something called No Fog. I believe it's the same as Rain X, except you apply it to the interior portion of the glass. It is a pain to apply because you have to keep rubbing it in to get rid of the streaks, but once your done, the fog problem will be much better and you won't have to run the A/C all the time.

You don't have the recirculation switched on, do you? Make sure it's set for fresh air.

Yeah, thats a big one. But its basically getting the air temps inside and out to be the same. It sucks, and takes time. A/C is a way to cheat, but when you turn it off, its back to fog. So just warm the car up, and let the heat take care of it.

You know it might be a good thing if you ever wanna do something in your car on the side of the road and need some privacy.

I am of course assuming you are not alone or with a member of the same sex.
