Default DIY Type-R Grill Pics...

Here are some pics of my grille. I only did one side so I could take pics and do a little before and after effect. Comments welcome.
(Sorry for so many pics 56k-ers)

*I cut the middle out with a dremel.
*Leveled it down with an air grinder w/ 3in disc.
*Used Duramix 4045 Plastic Repair Adhesive for the holes
*Used dremel to sand down the 4045 and make flush
*Sanded with 220 and 320, then primered it.. then sanded w/ 400
*Then a few coats of paint then clear

Aww i should show you mine then. I sand it down sooo much you can't tell it's been modified. So smooth(i used 2000grit). I bought the type r ones then i cut the top section off. I used a dremel. To re-enforce it i used epoxy to make sure it won't crack. Then i used bondo and mold it in place. Mine is very very clean. Wait a little bit and i'll post pics. Planning to put a mugen or accord emblem in the middle

I got my paint from Auto Zone. It was Dupli-Color Auto Spray. Matches perfectly.
