im not worried about the header cracking, it's steel, I'll be alright. the ss header is about $400, I got the ceramic one for $150. Hopefully I won't run into anymore hurdles and next weekend I will have my header on. No way in hell is that job worth the $100 shops want to charge to install it. It's not that difficult, especially if you have the right tools.

It's graphite grey pearl from the Lexus IS300, yeah, they are stock rims off a 95 EX Accord(mine is LX) I painted them graphite metallic. I would have liked to powdercoat them but I didn't have the money. No biggie though, I know how to spray and sand so it worked out just fine for me.

over time the ceramic coating will start to crack, but the steel of the header its self will be fine. steel isn't that brittle.

header install was a b*tch. its not the install thats a b*tch. its the taking off the stock one thats a pain in the butt. rusted bolts are evil. i stripped a couple of sockets trying to take off my stock header.

I must have had it easy so far cause I was able to get all the bolts off except for the 3 that connect the header to the downpipe w/no problems. Didn't have to use any wd40 or anything, but I better not get ahead of myself, I have 3 more bolts to deal with.

those are the ones im talking about. the 3 that connect the exhaust manifold to the down pipe. you have to use an extension to get to them while your under the car. its not fun.

CC may crack eventually, but it won't be nearly as hot as ss, those ss headers are so hot you could start a fire.
