i'm shocked it took u 3hours mine took me a matter of minutes to remove my factory air box and install the AEM CAI. all in all i doubt it took me more than a 1/2 hour to do the whole removal and install

no we had a problem replacing a couple of the push pins so had to make a new clip. And then we had to call up aem to clarify some of instructions... But then again i guess we weren't workin on this exactly the whole 3 hrs. Helped my friend remount his exhaust too.

IS300 isn't V6, it's a inline 6

yeah that would be good. we just installed a short ram into my brothers 02 SI. the AEM CAI required surgery to install so we swapped it for a DC short ram

i installed my aem cai about 4 years ago i just plugged up all the unplugged vaccum hoses. dont unplug the solenoid. its gonna through a cel

yea i didn't unplug the selenoid i just zip tied it somewhere. But theres still that extra tube that doesn't connect to anywhere. So what am i suppose to do with it?

i tucked mine away under the piping to have a cleaner look to the engine bay
