Default gf's 03 ex sedan :(

She was drivin her 600 mile old 03 ex sedan and hit a curb, directly head on. (dont ask me how she did that. I dont even kno how thats possible) Anyways, her rims got torn apart, both her air bags (front) deployed, front suspension components severely damaged. Estimate is a minimum of 4000 dollars. Im thinking that if the airbags popped, she musta hit the curb goin pretty darn fast. Nothing whatsoever wrong with her body tho. Not even one scratch. Just other sh*ts are f*cked up.

Sorry to hear it bro. Same thing happened to my friend's 02 v6 Coupe. and they total his car. If the suspension torned appart. Then lower parts such as Engine stand, tranny, etc. may get damage as well. So 4000 is not anywhere near the fix price. Total is an opportunity. But, hopefully things will end well.

I raped a median and ripped off my newly installed OEM front lip a couple weeks ago. It was in a freaking blizzard and I cut across a parking lot I'd never been in w/o thinking. There were like 4 inches already on the ground and he drifts made the median impossible to see. No snow piled up, no shopping carts, no signs, no nothing. I ripped up the underspoiler to hell and I busted a belt on my right rear tire But how the hell did she hit a curb head on?

Yeah man.....the shop said looking from outside, they're estimating 4k, so once they tear everything apart, they said most likely it will increase significantly.

Thanks for the comments.

Airbags are $2000 and they are set to go off on impact from sensors behind the front bumper. It is around 25 mph for the sensors to deploy.

They will fix the car but insurance will probably be more then the car payments afterwards though.
