Central NY Tint Shops

Haha, NYC Ownz but that's a different story.
I am up in Ithaca, NY for school. I have a 98 Accord sedan in white and I think it would look really hot if I put on a 35% tint all the way around.
Like I said I am from NYC but my experience is that in smaller towns and cities you find good people who are more honest and can get the job done well. I want a very professional and quality install job.
Anyway If anyone knows of a good place around the Ithaca/Syracuse area...or maybe someone knows of a great shop down in Manhattan/Brooklyn/Queens I would very much appreciate your recomendations. As always

I had mine tinted by this guy who works for a lot of the dealerships in NY but went straight to his house instead. Quick and cheap, and it's been three years and no bubbles or anything yet. Very quality job, but remember, you get what you pay for.
Actually, it is ILLEGAL in NYS to have anything more than 30%....BLOCKED. When you go to a tint shop, their 30% refers to light transmitted, not blocked.
From the NYS DMV website:
Question
What are the laws in NYS about tinted vehicle windows?
Answer
Section 375 (12-a) of the NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law does not allow a windshield or front side windows that are dark. The windshield and front side windows cannot block more than 30% of the light. Seventy percent or more of the light from the outside must pass through the window. This law also applies to rear windows unless the vehicle has outside rear-view mirrors on both sides. The mirrors must give the driver a full and clear view behind the vehicle.
It is illegal to sell, offer for sale, or install glass that does not comply with this law. It is illegal to operate a vehicle with glass that does not comply with this law.
If a medical condition requires a person to have tinted vehicle windows, they can request an exemption from the law. Request form MV-80W from a DMV Office or Call Center.
