exact charges a lot?
i can't say anything for parts, because i haven't bought many there. but as far as labor, exact is actually very reasonably priced. WAY below a dealer's fees...
but just curious, how much does everyone else usually pay for labor per hour at other shops?

You and your family has gone there for 4-5 years, so I assume you get sort of a discount in labor prices. just a thought.
