Why do you modify your accord?
why do I have an Accord? Why do I mod it? Well, it's my first car and I needed something cheap but reliable, and this Accord fit that. I mod it because....it makes it stand out from the six other green 4th gens in the area. Yeah, it may be ricey, but I wanted to stand out and be different. It's the only thing I spend my money on besides necessities (including school). It's a passion, a time-consuming, money-consuming, easy-conversation-starter-with-the-guys car passion. and yeah, I love shocking guys by jumping into their car conversations and actually being able to talk knowledgeably. Oh, and leaving them in my rearview mirror at every stoplight is kinda cool also. Too fun.
I only replace stuff that wears out!
My struts gave out. After two bad sets of struts on my car from Autozone, I thought maybe my springs were worn. So copped some H&R's for better price than OEM replacements.
My brake discs have never, ever been replaced. So i'm about to replace them with those fancy smancy brake disks and pads probably. Unless the cost is tooooo much more than OEM discs.
My muffler has a teeny weeny hole in it. So i'm going to replace it with an aftermarket muffler--only SLIGHTLY larger than stock.
Had to do the stereo though. Parkin' Lot Pimpin' is a must!

Yes. I'm not stupid and I don't race cars that are amazingly better than me. But its fun having a line of your 3 friends driving around a track seeing if you can keep up without loosing control... not everything has to be serious. I even race on the street straight line every once and a while.

Leave the civics and integras for the youngin's and get urself an NSX.... if you can't afford that... go for the acura CL!!!! **** tha's what I would do if I considered myself older.... but i think i wanna stay 22 forever :fawk:
just my .02

first of all 94-95 accords are good looking from the beginning(especially the EX), and when you add some minor mods it will be awesome. my car is almost stock from the exterior and i still get compliments from strangers, even though the car is almost 9-10 years old. all i have on exterior is the moderate drop(1.75/1.5 inch drop), stock 94-95 ex alloys, jdm stanley headlights and type r grill.
btw i like modding my car since it an extension of me and my riceness.:fawk:
