Default Stallling/performance problem

well I went tighten a lose steering belt which I was able to fix fine. Then I decided to spray some contact cleaner on the map terminals and then the TPS terminals then the O2 sensor and my car a mile later almost stalled then while near home wouldn't accelerate. I unpluged and repluged the map sensor and it ran fine for a few miles now the idle goes down to 450 and then up to 1000 in 30s intervals. I haven't had scanned yet. but man it was running fine before I did this. The map sensor might be bad or the tps. I know the O2 wouldn't cause a complete stall but more a rich condition.

Did you disconnect the plugs and sprayed the CC into it?

If you did not, unplug them and let the CC evaporate or buy CC that evaporate quickly and try driving it again.
