Default '97 Odyssey w/ '99 S2385 Accord motor swap

Accord motor fit well and I used the cleaned-old intake and sensors.
Runs quiet and well up to 70 MPH and that's it and after a short time of running will fuel starve out and it will die.
I am using the old computer and would it help any to manually turn on VTec at highway speeds and how to do it?
I will eventually take it to a professional tech to make sure all sensors are up and running-- maybe o2's need replacing because old motor used much oil-- a quart-a-week-- hopefully the cat-converter will burn clean with new motor.

It was what was available from my source- kinda hard to get a used motor that old with decent low mileage.
