Default XACT flywheel

They are suppose to be coming out with a model for 5th and 6th gen's in the spring. Does anyone know someone that has it on there car or who would recommend it. The price is looking pretty good. talk about 250-300.

how many ponies will a lighter flywheel free up? and since there is less weight on the flywheel, will the tach drop down faster when u rev than how stock tach stays revved for a bit?

as far as i know they are already out...
600130 is the part #
they weigh 8.8 lbs, are chromoly, and should be pretty nice...

i have been told that an 8-9 lb flywheel will free up 5-7 hp. i know for a fact that the rev's drop ffaster though, on the CM flywheel i havfe i saw rev's drop 500-750 more rpm on shifts...had to speed up my shifting to not drop out of vtec.

I remeber reading that they are releasing a more streetable one too around 12lbs or so.

I here chromoly isn't good though cause it'll destroy the teeth on the starter.
