I THINK THE ONLY WAY TO BE SURE IS TO GO ON TUESDAY NIGHT!

I was planning on filling up last night (get paid Friday) for around $1.389. I started getting that weird feeling b/c I was seeing alot of $1.589 all over town. Turns out, prices must've went up in the middle of the day Wednesday.

But like I said, I have a couple of stations that lag behind in price fluctuations. Turns out the Shell (I usually use BP) still had gas for $1.389. So I got 14.3 gal of Shell 87 octane for $20. Would've costed me $23 @ $1.589/gal!

High gas prices means less SUV on the roads.

I laugh at SUV drivers when I see them pumping up cause I'm paying $16 when they are paying $36.:fawk:

They might be bling bling on the road but my checking account is bling bling:thumbup:

I never look. I drive a honda and get like at least 25 mpg. $0.05 less per gallon is like $0.75 for 15 gallons, I could care less about 75 cents. lets see, 0.75 X 2 (tanks a week) is $1.50 per week. thats about 6 bucks in a month and 52 dollars a year. that takes so long to get $52 I would never notice. Plus driving all over damn bastard hell just go get the cheapest gass is a waist of gas and time in itself. and yes I know you guys are talking about what day of the week has cheapest gas or something like that.

who cares?

quiet your complaints! I just did a little conversion and calculated that I pay approx $2.40 (USD) per gallon... for regular gas. I don;t think that that price is overly excessive, I guess cause that's the norm around here. Hopefully you all feel better now.

ALL IMMA SAY IS THAT IF YOU DON'T DO YOUR REGULAR FILL-UPS ON TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY, THEN YOU'RE THROWING MONEY AWAY.

GAS DOES NOT JUMP $0.05 CENTS BETWEE WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY! IT'S MORE LIKE $0.10 - $0.20. NOW IF YOU THINK THAT THAT $100 - $200 A YEAR DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING, THEN JUST GO AHEAD A PAYPAL ME THE $200 YOU'RE WASTING (donovingleaton@homtail.com)!

(can't tell some people shiit )

actually 10yrs ago, when Desert Storm - ground war started, prices actually went from $1.45 to $0.95 in less than week. so actually i am looking for some sorta ending (peace or war), when that happens prices will go down.

it means more SUVs becuz of the tax break Bush is allowing, think of how many ppl will buy a Surburban/Expedition now becuz they can "claim" it.

that $36 is paying for a 25gallon tank, i'd kill to have a 50g drum for a Honda, that would mean i can drive for 2 tanks of gas on 1 oil change.

consider yourself lucky. they do it here with a freakin' vengence. and of course, after the one across the street raises it's price, the other one follows:jerkit:

another all-american ripoff.
(like why should a Large Fountain Drink cost $1.29 at fast food joints; and why the hell does a fountain drink run you $1.89 at sit down restaraunts--you don't even get to keep the cup/glass!)
