Do all mufflers have HUGE tips?

which one is it? there cat backs all have 4" tips and there mufflers dont have tips (a good thing).

wow they make some nice looking exhausts. they dont have much info about there exhausts on there site though.

they are "cat-backs, they have daul 3" tips and and they sound low" thats what they said.

i have a friend that just bought a nice looking universal muffler off ebay and then just had a 2.5 inch downpipe made for him at a muffler shop for cheap. he's happy with the results
