I'm looking to buy the new Accord Coupe...need advice
I'm interested in getting the Accord Coupe...I currently have a 6th gen. sedan, which I'm not trading in. I would like to get the EX V-6 but the price is alittle out of my range. So what I might just do is get the EX w/manual tranny. For those who are looking for already bought the new coupe, what should I expect to pay for it. I also want to get the Aero Kit and the spoiler and the Burlwood Trim w/the 17" rims. So what do you guys the car will run me, the EX w/manual tranny and the EX-V6 coupe? I just want something to work around with when I'm at the dealer. Any other advice? Thanks!
A good place to start is www.honda.com. You can customize an Accord and get a MSRP quote. I don't know how the Accord's are selling, but you can probably expect to pay just under what you're quoted on the website.
Poysonivee said she pitted two competing dealers against each other to undercut her price. I would try that.

www.edmunds.com has invoice, true market value, and MSRP. I paid about 50 bucks over invoice for my 99 LX-V6 Coupe...I am the master of negotiation

Re-reading your post: DO NOT get your accessories at the dealer. You can get the same thing MUCH cheaper at www.handaaccessories.com or our sponsor, www.hondaacuraworld.com (they have a forum here as well). Unless you really wanna finance the accessories with the car, that is.
I wouldn't pay anything more than the halfway point between invoice and MSRP, and probably less.

Hope that helps, and good luck! You should be able to get it for a good price. Just be smart about it!

I bought my wife's 03 V6 coupe (no options) for $25,500, out the door. I'm sure adding the aero kit and other options will add quite a bit, but they do look nice. Why do you want the burlwood trim? It comes (at least the V6 coupe) with aluminum accent already, which looks pretty nice with the black interior, depending on what color exterior you get I suppose. If the interior is tan, I can see your point.

Just get the LX V6 and then add factory EX parts and other stuff as you get the money for it.
