but then again if u wanna go thru the trouble of the Forced Induction route...ranging from a couple grand to ~5 grand or so...i guess u could say you would have a quick accord.

A header is 4 metal tubes (6 on a 6 cylinder) that go from the engine to the exhaust...they route exhaust gasses out of the engine. For your engine, they really don't provide all that much horsepower...I think like 10 or 15. They also make the engine noisier and probably decrease gas mileage. Cars like the TL and CL Type-S gain about 30 horsepower from their headers, so that is a very noticeable difference. For you, it probably won't be unless you measure acceleration times.

That'll ruin gas mileage and result in possible unreliability.

10 or 15 HP from just headers? is that the result after getting a CAI and a cat-back exhaust?? 10 or 15 HP from just headers! 4-2-1 setup? DC Sports? where did you get those astonomical numbers from just headers?!

btw, headers won't help you in acceleration....they're affective around the mid-range torque area.

I'm not sure bro, relax. I really dunno anything about gains from mods for the F23. I just thought I remembered a 4-2-1 header netting like 10whp. I ****ing made it up, alright? :fawk: But the J32A2 does get about 30whp.

*whew...okie...i thought i was losing my mind:thumbup:

if you want better acceleration...strip your car until all theres left are the engine block, wheels, 1 seat, floor frame and a tank of gas!
