Default Best ways vs Cheapest ways to lower

Hello all,
I am looking towards to lower my 02 accord coupe, but still debating on what to do.
any suggestions?
Springs only?
Springs + shocks?
Coil-over kits?

Basically, what is one simple way to lower without resorting to cutting the springs, heating them up and have a load of people sit on the car.

I am leaning towards a coil-over kit. and..which brand is good?
thanks,

daily driver? weekend warrior? depending on your situation make your choice.. if it's a daily driver, personally i can't fathom spending $1,000 on a coil over system when i won't even take advantage of it.... i'm going with neuspeed race springs and some upgraded shocks... do your homework, and find whats best for you.
