Cheapest way is to cut your springs. Then a couple of months later your shocks will blow, your camber will go to $hit along with your ride quality. Spend some cash and do it right. I hate seeing dropped Accords out there bouncing like my girlfriend does in my lap.

for an 03 LX sedan, what do u guys think of nothin but some H&R springs (1.5" f 1.3" r) ?

or 1.8" f/r Eibach sportlines?

do any problems occur from replacing nothing but springs?

I have done it all in suspension. First stock, then Just custom springs, then Air suspension. Now I have took the time and money to set my car up with a faithful and nice ride. I have H&R springs with KYB adjustable shocks. It is about 1.5 in front and 1.6 in back I think. I dont remeber. But I say For 1,000 bucks. It wouldent be worth it. 1,000 suspension would be in my opioion a track suspension. And I dont think You will be takeing your car to a track. I say Get some H&R springs with some good gas shocks, and a camber kit if you will benifite from it. Also a front strut bar and rear tower bar. You should benifit from that and get good results. Hope I helped. Bye....

your topic is kinda funny.... best and cheap in the same sentence? Cheap isnt the best, and the best isnt the cheapest. How often are you going to be redoing your suspension? Not that often, do it right the first time.

for a daily driver with some performance:

get neuspeed/h&r sport springs(perfect drop and ride for daily driving, sporty but not harsh) and some nice koni yellow shocks...these shocks will outlast your car.

Cheapest is to remove your wheels and tires.

Best way is Apexi WS or Teins coilovers with Ingalls camber kit.

I have the Apex-i WS and i must say that the ride quality is great for a daily driver. They may be a bit more pricey than the spring/strut combos, but you can adjust the ride height to get your car at your desired level. granted you may not adjust the height very often, you will always have the option.

definitely figure your cost with a camber kit. its not worth ruining your tires and sacrificing ride quality b/c you didnt want to spend a couple extra bucks to correct your camber. trust me, i went through a set of front tires in about 5-6 weeks. i had the camber kit, but i just hadn't gotten the car aligned, so it was basically like not having a camber kit at all. I'll quit talking now, but i hope that gave you some useful advice. Later bro.
