dresden_k: Finally, someone who has them. I have the 9005s as low beams and the 9006s as high beams I believe. Because one size wouldnt fit into the high and low beams. Do they match on your car perfectly? Because on my car the high beams are noticeably less white looking than the low beams.

HELP!

I got mine from a local place called Sound of Tristate.

i have PIAA low beams, but they are the platinum super whites, not the extremes. i never got around to getting the high beams, but now that you guys say they dont match, i guess i will just keep the stock ones.

Sylvania makes the stock bulbs for the Accord I think.

I think the yellow look you got was due to two possible factors:

1) The wiring was at it's limits and could no longer produce the low voltage current needed to produce the desired light

2) The bulb has fingerprints on it

my Accord had Stanley bulbs for OEM - if there were fingerprints, the glass will shatter within hours of being at that high temperature; found out the hard way

Yeah from what I have heard, understand, if anything went wrong with the installation I would know right away. I am getting my PIAA foglights installed tomorrow morning, so I will be really looking forward to seeing what the guy says about the low and high beams not matching.
