so many bragging rights, it warrants it's own thread

Now get the f*ck out of my thread w/this off-topic bs

Back on topic, I got my driving lights, they have a f*cking remote to them, like an alarm remote. It's to turn them on/off. I have never seen this before. The casing is made of metal, not sure about the lens, but I would imagine so. These are the ones I got:

They should project like this, the yellow beam being the driving lights

Whereas fogs project like this

I was mainly speaking to the guy who posted a picture of pro car parts saying they are expensive.

Really any driving light will work for you, $50 should get you a good set that will do the job right, I got some $50 ones they work fine, not as good as a PIAA but it got the job done and I am happy it does.

Gotcha. Did u see the ones I got above? I can turn them on/off w/a remote that looks like an alarm remote. Pretty They were only $40. But they are for Christmas so im not supposed to know(even though im the one who picked em out and put em in the basket:rollseyes:

FYI driving lights are intended for use w/high beams. fogs are intended for low beams.

says who? if ur high beams light up almost twice as far down the road as ur low beams, why would u need more light from driving lights? I know the beam when u hit ur high beams is higher that the low beams, but its not like ur doing w/o light right in front of you, everything in front of you is lit up well w/high beams. Anyways, if the driving lights "were intended for use w/high beams " Then they should work wonders when using w/my low beams:fawk: I guess it does make sense that fogs would be used w/low beams considering the fact that its not recommended to drive in fog w/high beams on

you gotta tell us how the look/work after x-mas

I've spent $50 twice once on 3A Racing ones and on APC ones both from Pep Boys and both of them burnt up on me so I'm never spending $50 again on fogs
I'm with you 94uhkord less than $50 is the way to go
I really wanna know how these lights turn out
where can i get them?
