Hmm, according to this link "Maryland Vehicle Inspections", there is no mention that the backup lights need to be clear or white.

Even then you need to be careful. If one cop says its ok, and another says it's not then you get pulled by the ass cop, you still get a ticket and all the crap.
Best bet is to keep everythig DOT approved.:thumbup:
There are still alot of cool things you can do and still be DOT ok.
