my 9 accord LX driver door won't open inside or out, door locks all work

That made me think of the old slimjim commercials. "Snap into a Slim Jim!!"

It sounds like the handle mechanism is loose or broken somewhere along the way. I'd remove the interior door panel and diagnose it that way. It would, of course, probably be easier if you could get it open first but I don't have much experience with that.

 

X2, that's my guess. when i had my door panel off i didn't put it together properly and i couldn't open the door. had to take it off and fix it. once you take off the door panel you'll see the little metal arm that probably isn't in its appropriate spot anymore.
