If I remember rite their is a plate you can take off. Its on your intake it gives you axes to the individual egr ports. I would cleaned them out and get a new gasket and egr valve. I have never cleaned an egr valve but I have cleaned out the ports.
code 12 is a problem with the EGR system where the valve is opening or closeing when it's not suppost too cleaning will only help if it's sticking in order to check the problem a vacuum gauge /pump is needed to check to see if theres vacuum out of the hose with the solenoid on then off if ok then check the EGR if it's moves freely and holds vacuuum then check the lift sensors .
Up to you I have had no luck cleaning a egr valve. But It may work. Free is cheaper. Did you clear the code and re test drive? Stereo is rite you need vac to apply the egr so see if you have vac to the egr. I think you will only see vac driving so diaging it should be fun.

Yeah those under the plate cleaned them and the plate also maybe im not cleaning the right thing can some one post a pic my mechainic told me im not cleaning it well it has to be cleaned throuly. To remove all the carbon build up
You should check the vacuum hoses that connect the solenoid/vacuum control valve to the EGR valve. Make sure that they are routed properly and in good shape (no cracks, etc).
I would also go through the diagnostic tests in the shop manual to ensure the wiring is ok. If you don't have a shop manual, http://www.dhost.info/accordinfo/ has the 94 shop manual split into chapters at the bottom of that page. You want to look at the fuel/emissions page 11-115 for EGR problems.
