Purchase a rebuilt alternator from Auto Zone. It's $65 compared to Honda's $250. I'm going on 45K with it and it's doing great.

I already went to Auto Zone I don't remember the exact price but they wanted close to $200 bucks...
I have called several places around Chicago and the average price is about $110. I took my car to my friend's house already, he is taking the car to his job to run a detail diagnostic I guess.

He told me not to buy the alternator until he finds out if I really need it and what's causing the electrical problem.

I'll let you guys know what happens.

Thanks again for all the help.

Hey guys.

I need a new alternator because the current one is charging 17 volts and then it suddenly drops to 14 volts. I need two window motors and the switches and new headlight bulbs. Do you guys recommend any stores?

Thanks

Ralph
