Default Best Spark plug

I have an automatic 98 accord EX 2.3.
I want to buy a good set of spark plugs. I want to know If I should stick with the original equipment or buy iridium plugs?

Thanks.

NGK Iridiums are excellent plugs. They last a long time too.

So there is no performance gain? How often do you replace the Iridum plugs? what about the V-power?

thanks

NGK or Denso tend to be the way to go with Hondas. Bosch regulars (copper) whatever they're called, seem OK as well if that's all you can find locally. All 3 of those come with an anti-corrosion coating on the threads so there's no need for anti-seize. (used sparingly it won't hurt anything but if you actually use a torque wrench to tighten the plugs, I'd stay away from anti-seize)
