i knew about the greddy and tanabe exhausts for the 6th gen but only recently heard about the 5zigen and obx versions for the 99 accord... do you think that either of these will be worth trying?

 

obx is crap. stick with 5zigen, greddy, tanabe and apexi and stuff.

 

OBX is a piece of sh*t company.
5Zigen legitimatelly races in circuits and produce race worthy and tested products.

 

Got the 5Zigen Fireball love n it. Not loud at all as long as u keep your resonator. But does sound real nice moderate to deep tone

Haven't gotten to a dyno. If any gains prob. very little. The gas consumption seemed the same. That goes for alot of exhausts. Look into the catback if u do get the 5zigen.

By the way what camber kit do u have if u do have one? I'm lookin into getting a set. Thnx

5zigen fireball exhaust is like a twin of Apex'i N1. Since they never made N1 for accords, im not sure, but my friend with custom 2.25 piping N1 exhaust was able to pull about 3 car lengths ahead of me. (im bone stock). It should be worth the money.....plus, 5zigen is a very reputable company......i cant believe you were even considering OBX....

 

a lot of people here on guam are using performance mufflers with obx piping. just thought since i haven't heard anything on obx i'd ask.

the 5zigen has to be fabricated anyways as the only application for the 99 accord is japanese spec.

yes, the GReddy EVOlution catback exhaust IS 50 state lege. My favorite exhaust of all time.
