Location of ECU

i have a 94 EX.. and I was wondering where the ECU is located at?

Is it the silver flat metal box right next to the steering column and above the brake pedal?

I need help fast..

nope. Its under the passenger side floor board. Remove the carpet and its under a metal plate on the passenger side on accords.
