Gas Milage! with exhaust!!
hi so i have a 2001 accord v6
it has dual exhaust from the cat back with 2.5in piping and 4.5in outlets.
ever since i took the silencers out i have been getting terrible gas milage (17.5-19)
but my car sounds and performs so much better with them off.
what if i was to put a silencer on one of the mufflers, the one that breaks off of the main pipe?
good or bad idea?
or should i just put them both back on?
