I just had my 1999 Accord serviced and the light is still on. I held the reset button down and it goes off for a short while and then it comes back on. Any advice? Also, my keyless remote broke and I have purchased another one off Ebay. Does anyone know how to reprogram the new remote?

 

Ive noticed that sometimes you need to hold it down a for a few minutes after the maintenance light goes off. That usually works for me.

 

the owners manual instructions worked for me .. you have to hold it for like 2 or 3 seconds after the light goes off and then you are good
