So I started my retrofit and I have my reflector all taped up and Im about ready to start cutting it to make the projector fit and I have some questions about mounting the projector.

I drew a line(in black) on the bottom parallel to the path of the halogen bulb. I plan on mounting the projector(using L-brackets) so that the center of the projector is on this line but Im not sure if this is correct?







I want to make sure my headlight beam is like this:

(L-headlight) (R-headlight)

and not like this:

/ \
(L-headlight) (R-headlight)

or:

\ /
(L-headlight) (R-headlight)

Here are some of my other questions:


When I mount it, do you I mount to the reflector only and then mount the reflector to the housing or should I mount it through the reflector AND the grey housing(that the reflector mounts to)

How high should the projector sit inside the housing? 1 inch? .5 inch? should the halogen bulbs and HID bulb be at the same height. MY car is lowered alot in the front. Should I take this into consideration when mounting the projector?

I havent decide yet if i am going to go with JnC rotational method or somehow use springs and wingnuts. Any suggestions? Thanks for help
