Default My tranny is failing.. 98 honda v6 coupe.

so at first, i thought it was because i didnt have the flush done lately, but then one of my friend sat in my car and after couple blocks of driving, he told me that my tranny is slipping.
my accord has 111700 miles and this problem started when it had 88000 miles.
i know its out of the warrenty now but is there anyway i can get it fixed for cheap? for fuck sake this is gona cost me a hole as im in college

Very common problem with the 98-02 accords..even some of the 03's have this problem...

Search for a reliable site for a replacement trans..might get lucky and find one for under 1g

You also might be able to salvage some more mileage out of it after a drain and fill...do not flush
