when I had my timing belt changed I over looked the mechanic's shoulder ( he didnt mind cause I asked if i can look over his shoulder while he does the work so I can see/ learn ) but I recommend having someone do it for you.

The bolt on the crankshaft was beyond a bitch to remove. They needed to put a torch to the bolt and once it was super hot they used air tools to remove it.

After that bolt was removed everything else seemed pretty easy to take off.
If you dont have the tools I definitely would have a shop do it. It just takes one mess up to bend a valve if the cam isnt adjusted properly.

You need to order this from "TheToolWarehouse.net"

Schley Products 60100A
Honda and Acura Long 4" Offset Damper Pulley Holding Tool
Order# SP 60100A SP 60100A $38.95 $38.95

You need it to remove the pulley from the engine, I could not remove mine with a 3/4 airtool.
