Brake Caliper Paint Question

I saw these kits on ebay for $40 and all it is, is the paint and the decal part. What type of decal are they using. i can go to pep boys and get the paint for $10, how would I do the Decal...i think that looks sweet...

pretty much any decal would work... but no decal would last too long, unless it was really expensive.

paint yes is cheap.. just get the high temp at least 500 degrees.
