i actually have bought one. the only thing it was really good at was turning on my check engine light. its a waste. even my bro told me it was stupid (works at honda) and he is an ebay junky. but u can give it a try? lol

It would do the same thing as a short ram or cold air intake. It's mainly for use with your stock air box and it just tells the computer to suck more air. If you install a short ram you would probably get the same HP gains, 5-8, but I would def go with a new intake over a "miracle chip" off ebay.

it's a resister that fooles the computer the air is cold and dumps extra fuel it might feel a tiny I mean very tiny gain but its because all the extra fuel wasted and with fuel @ $4.63/gallon its a waste of money that keeps on wasting....
