Is a New Accord worth it?
Is it really worth it to drop the money for a 06 or 07 Accord rather than getting an 02 or 03 and putting some extras into it?
what do you recommend I do guys. Its kinda eating at me. and I want some decent speed in an honda sedan.

if you want speed then get something other than an accord.
Let me tell you.. I saw a All black coupe on friday evening and my friend was like wow nice car then I was like wow is a fking honda.. the 08 coupe V6 black rims and tints all around its smoking.
02-07 Accord have the same 3.0L V6 5-speed auto, 244hp. The only difference if you chose 02-03 will be higher mileage and but $10K cheaper. So if you're looking for speed, neither of the two choices will give it to you. I would suggest getting 2003 Nissan Maxima 3.5L V6 with 270hp. It has good reputation for high spirited driving.
get teh new accord. They look great, since they're brand new, u'll have a peace of mind, u get the warranty and u can buy extended warranty, and not much maintenance needed until years later.
03-07 accords, also great cars, but y not have a new model when u could.

The new WRX will have garbage reliability. Too many moving parts and a brand new platform. The 08 Accord will have its fair share of growing pains too, but this is what happens when you're a new model "early adopter".
The most solid car you mentioned is the Mazda 3 ... but if you're used to a V6, going to a small turbo 4 isn't quite the same.
It's hard to justify a $30,000 Honda. (first jackass to say, "Honda = Acura" is banned) It is what it is though, the top of its class.
