trunk light in 1990 accord

Default trunk light in 1990 accord

How do you take out the whole yellow piece holding the tiny light, i want to put in this neon bar.

no need to pop he whole thing housing out, just take the plug out and tap the power from that for your neon lights.

at the trunk lock there will be a black connector. one black and one red wire. The red is constant and the black is only triggered when the trunk is open. Or you can pop the clear cover off the light, pull the bulb out, using a flat head slowly pry the silver reflector out and get access to the wires there.

hey dont forget to use a relay to tun on the neons. they might draw more than what that wire can give.
