notice some differences like rear wiper, the grille, no mouldings, etc

I knew the rear wiper was a JDM thing....but i thought it was for the coupes coming out of Ohio going to Japan

I know that Isuzu and Honda had did the Rodeo/Passport and the Odyssey/Oasis but I never knew that they did the Accord and whatever the Isuzu model is.
