Default Need help with resetting SRS light

I cleaned and reattached the battery posts, then the SRS light came on when I started the car. I followed the SRS resetting procedure on this forum and I can't get the light to go out. I am sure I am making good contact with a paper clip and tried another piece of wire, in fact, I seperated the back of the yellow connector to expose where the wires come into the plug.

I am not getting any voltage from the wires? If there is no voltage, where should I look next, SRS power supply? Where is that?

Would anyone be willing to check their voltage at the plug?

Somebody?

The plug is yellow in color and connects to another yellow mount that has two copper posts in its center. The wires of the yellow plug are covered on its length with a black protector, which is wrapped with yellow tape and follows to the steering wheel and then to a box behind the radio. There are four holes on the plug. There are the two square outer holes and in the center there are two rectangular holes. Which are the correct holes to insert the jumper wires?

I am not getting any voltage readings at the plug with the ignition on.

Does anyone know what the voltage should be?

u were probably messing around w/ the wrong MES plug
there're two in the 95 accord.

one is in the fuse box and the other behind the driver knee panel.

take out the coin holder, take out the screw behind it, and pull off the whole panel.

on the left side, on the wall, u'll see the MES plug. if it blinks and goes out for a few seconds, but comes back, then u've got a problem.

nspec_Cd5,
Thank you very much, the light has been driving me crazy. I found the 'other' plug and I reset it on the first try. I think the DIY should better describe the location of the plug, particularly, if there are two. Thanks again.
