Default 98 Accord V6, Low Bottom End Torque Fixes?

Ok, I know these are notorious for low bottom end. Are there equally notorious cures? Cold air intake+exhaust? Cams? Can mighty Hondata be an option? Why does this 3.0L have low bottom end torque compared to the 02-03? What did Honda change?

Thanks,
Tony
