i wanted to change all my dashlights (speedo/whatever else i can) to blue

how would i do this?

or would it be easier to buy one of those dash kits from ebay with the different style speedo and fuel gage ext.. i heard they were a pain to install though..

any tips or suggestions would be great

that was done with clear blue film, placed between the gauges and the lighting behind it.
