So it wasn't any of the fuses inside the car,it was the 80 amp fuse under the hood.So I replaced the fuse, installed the battery and the car started up right away. The windows are acting a little weird now but I guess you gotta take the bad with the good sometimes.

Thanks for the help though.

The back windows don't work with the main window control on the driver's side any more but they do work with the individual control for that window. Also, when the window is down and I push the button to make it go up automatically, they go to the top and come back down about 2-3 inches,so I have to screw around with them for a couple of minutes to get them to stay up.

I have shaved doors and no poppers(don't laugh,I bought the car like that and I haven't had the opportunity to put them in yet)so the only way to get into the car is to use my remote to roll the windows down(or go through the trunk). Before this battery fiasco I could push the button for the windows and while they were going down I could hit the door lock button on my remote and they would stop, but that doesn't happen anymore. Also, if the windows were down and I pushed the door lock button, they would roll up automatically and that doesn't work either.

The guy who just worked on my axle said that it might be something with the alarm and to go to a Viper(alarms not the car) dealer.

sounds like ur alarm control module messed up because of the other problems. i think u've got the VIPER 791 XV model.

yeah, get it checked by the local car stereo place.

and if thats not it, then its definately ur master window switch.
