Hoping someone can help me with front subframe replacement on my 93 accord. I'm pretty savy when it comes to wrenching, but to be honest, I have never changed a front subframe before.

I helped a friend replace almost the complete front end on the passenger side after he hit a truck re-cap on the freeway. After all this work he ends up giving the car to me. So I took it in to get it aligned and the guy tells me that the subframe is tweeked and to get a new one from the wrecking yard and then he'll align it no problem.

My problem is that I can't find any info on this procedure, so if anyone could shed a little insight on the process, it'd be greatly appreciated.
