Water pump and coolant is missing from the list.

I haven't replaced a tensioner yet. I've done about 5-7 Belt jobs, all with high mileage. If the tensioner moves freely and doesn't show any signs of wear, I leave them. Although it's adivised to do so.

http://www.hondiscountparts.com/ doesn't have everything, but the regular maintenance items like yours are no problem. Good prices and timely shipping in my experience, no shipping charge if the order is $50 or more.

Why would you possibly not buy Honda OEM? This makes no sense to me.

They can go at any time. You have to do the same work for both jobs (t-belt and water pump), so that's why it's changed when you're in there.

What about

Front main (crank) seal
Front oil pump (drive) seal
Balance shaft seal
Cam seal

Do they need to be replaced on timing belt change and how hard it is to replace these?

They don't have to, but again, while you're in there....

I replaced mine only because I bought a used motor and wanted to reseal the motor while it was out of the car. They're not hard to replace. Carefully pull them out, grease the lips and use a socket or something to push it back in on the appropriate side of the lip (reinforced).
