Yes, I've driven one and the torque really isn't that bad below 3500RPM's
I guess it's opinion based.
Many people I know with the V6 complain about the top end. especially since the 4cyl manual can keep up with a V6 up to about 100mph

Compared to other V6 cars in the same catagory, the Acord V6 isn't that great.
Of course it would be stronger than the 4cyl because it has 50 more horses.
But you figure, in a comparison between the V6 and the 4cyl, the V6 should perform better than it does.
