94 lx ignition change

i need to change the electrical part of the ignition but those screws with no grip on the heads suck ass please explain an easy method to take them off ;` )

Try cleaning the IAC valve with carb cleaner before replacing it. 9 times out of 10 the IAC valve is full of crap, causing it to act up.
