Default can't go faster than 65/mph

I have a 98 Accord Coupe 4cyl. lately, it won't go past 65. I checked the tranny fluid and it was full and pink. I did need to add 1 quart of oil in it. I really do not want to put a new tranny in. Perhaps it's a vacum line.

I was looking at the 08 Accord Coupe, but can't wait.... My dealer is jerking me around on when he will have one in stock...

it needs to be soon or i'm going with the deal on the G coupe
(FYTR: $31298.00)

the 08 Accord (loaded) is pulling about 29K. The early adopter pricing is insane right now. Most of the markup is to pay for the advertising barrage.

Anyways, are you really stuck at 65? No matter how hard you floor it, you're not getting above that mark?

No. I have it floorede and nothing. It does jerk and I do not think that i hear the VTEC kick in. It was suggested that a spark plug may be bad, BUT it is not missing...

Does it drive completely normal except for the fact that it won't go past 65?

If the cat was backed up or really anything to do with the engine I would assume you'd noticed something abnormal while driving around town.

What's your mileage like? If it's the cat your MPG will suffer. Try replacing the plugs if you think one is bad. Just get the NGK at autozone or wherever. They're not expensive.

how can anyone be expected to help you with your problem when you don't give any details on what is happening?
