You could try running it at the same speed you normally hear it but in different gears. 3rd will probably be pointless b/c of all the engine noise but try 4th compared to 5th to see if it makes a difference.

If it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the revs, only the speed, I would also guess that it might be bearing(s) or just normal tire noise.

Regardless I wouldn't worry too much unless you notice it getting louder or the sound changes. If you have the money to get it checked out though there's no harm in that, especially if you're worried about it.

I tested the speed in the 4th and I still hear the humming. I have an apointment to get my oil changed Monday morning. They will test drive it and check to see if there is a problem. Nope I don't have th money, they are not charging me for test driving it, but will have to charge if they have to run a diagnostic, then deduct the fee if I have it fixed there. The hum is almost like when you drive a motorcycle, just a lot quieter. Thanks for all your help.

Well, I just picked up my car from the Honda Service Dept. They ran a diagnostic on it but found nothing wrong with it. So I took my imaginary humming Honda back home. lol.....
They did not charge me for running the diagnostic just the Oil Change.
I want to thank everyone for their help.
