When we got there this afternoon, they told us that the car was sold this morning...... yeah sure! They probably make disappear the car....So thanks everybody! I also heard that all Accords have similar price depending the year and mileage and if you find one much bellow the range $ .. open your eyes!
End of a beautiful story...

stay away from this car ,, most likely it was a stolen car ,, there is no way in hell that all the vin # tags would be missing no matter if car was in accident or painted

yea, that car was a hot item. Like previously stated, no matter how bad of an accident, you still have a vin somewhere. Thats the beauty of hondas. Always remember to pop that hood and check on the back wall.

?..if its a stolen car wouldnt the dealership know before buying it from the consumer for resale? I know dealerships are stupid but are they really that dumb?

some are, some arent, the thing about it is this a reputable dealership, or is it one of these fly by night scams that just care about making money? Ive seen carmax do this once and a guy caught them on it before, so I wouldnt rule out anything.

think about it, in an accident, you rebuild things, depending on the severity of the accident. It doesnt make sense that they would replace every single part that happens to have a potential vin on it. THey have something to hide.

just wondering...how do they expect to fill out the paperwork to give you the title and registration (without the vin number)?
