I'm not sure if you can clean the EGR vlave itself, but cleaning the ports can be a time consuming hassle. I've done it twice and it always performs a lot better afterwards.

I have the same problem. Just started today, I can push gas to the floor, but it still won't accelerate. What ports are you referring to and how can I reach them?

i was searching around and i just found out that a poor grounding could be the issue since have noticed my clock, gauge cluster, and the lights Dimm when i accelerate. So i was thinking about getting a ground wiring kit.

Getting a fuel injector cleaner aka seamfoam and install an intake and you will never feel sluggish anymore.

Do you pump different kinds of gas on different days? Or is it coming from the same gas station everytime?
